Waldo Renewable got it's start in 2006 with a lot of hard work and a strong conviction to live sustainably. Founded by husband and wife Mark and Rebecca Waldo, Waldo Renewable was born in a workshop in Old Lyme, CT.
Mark Waldo is a Master Electrician in the state of Connecticut, E1 #192179. Mark is a NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practioners) certified Solar PV installer. Mark designs solar PV systems according to local, state and federal building and electrical standards. Mark's experience was integral to becoming an approved Connecticut Clean Energy Fund Installer.
Rebecca Waldo has a Master of Science degree, awarded by Portland State University. Rebecca studied sustainable education in a unique learning community that focused on Leadership, Ecology and Culture. Rebecca was trained in solar design and installation as an intern at The Solar Living Institute (SLI), in Hopland, California.
Today, Waldo Renewable is a professional solar installation company that prides itself on integrity. Our company services and installs solar PV systems throughout Connecticut.
